Does Rume test children?

Covid Clinic accommodates patients of all ages and capabilities. Parental consent is required to test minors which can be completed in the consent form during registration. Click here to register for testing.

Is an appointment needed?

While we do accept walk-ins, each patient is required to complete enrollment prior to testing. Enrollment must be completed on our website. We recommend completing enrollment prior to arrival on site, as the process is much easier on a laptop or desktop. If you are unable to enroll before arriving, the staff on site will have you enroll on your mobile device.

If I cancel my appointment, will I get a refund?

A full refund will be issued upon your request, so long as you were not tested using the order in question, regardless of whether your appointment date/time has already passed.

Most tests can be canceled and refunded in the patient portal. A refund will be issued within 5-10 business days. The patient portal can be accessed by clicking here.

Can I pay on-site?

For sanitary reasons, we do not accept paper forms of payment on-site. Payment can be completed by enrolling online at covidclinic.org.

If I do not have a car, can I arrive on foot?

Yes! In alignment with our mission of "Accessible COVID testing for all", we accept patients that walk, drive, bike, or run to most of our sites.

Do you provide the Covid- 19 Vaccine?

Many of our sites in California are able to provide a Covid-19 vaccine. To make an appointment at a site near you, please visit MyTurn.ca.gov

What does CMO mean?

CMO stands for Collection Method Option. When a test is listed as CMO, the patient may choose to have their Lab PCR test performed as Nasopharyngeal or Mid-Turbinate.

Do you take HSA for payment?

Yes, we are able to take HSA cards as a form of payment.  Please enter this information at checkout.
